The Federal College of Education, Ilawe, Ekiti has taken a significant step toward enhancing academic excellence with the successful hosting of an Institutional- Based Research (IBR) seminar for its academic staff. The seminar, held on January 29, 2026, at the College Auditorium, commenced at exactly 1:10 p.m. and attracted a total of 81 participants. The initiative was organized to build research capacity and improve scholarly output among lecturers in the institution.
