The Federal College of Education (FCE), Ilawe-Ekiti, was duly represented at a Two-Day Workshop on the adoption and usage of Blackboard TERAS in beneficiary institutions for Registrars, Librarians, Director, Academic Planning and Director of ICT. and Beneficiary thesis project repository managers held in Lagos on 21st–22nd August, 2025.
The workshop brought together Registrars, Librarians, Directors of Academic Planning, and Directors of ICT from Universities, Polytechnics, and Colleges of Education across the South-west region to explore innovative approaches to digital teaching and learning, with emphasis on the integration of Blackboard TERAS to enhance institutional efficiency and student engagement.
Representing FCE, Ilawe-Ekiti, at the event were the Registrar, Mrs. Khadijah W. Garba; the College Librarian, Dr. Isah Abdulmumin, the Acting Director of Academic Planning, Dr. Destiny Ilemobayo; and the Acting Director of ICT, Dr. (Mrs.) Kate Folayan.
The participation of FCE, Ilawe-Ekiti’s delegation underscored the institution’s commitment to advancing technology-driven education, fostering digital literacy, and aligning with global best practices in teaching and learning.
