Early Life and Education
Dr. Khadijah Wuraola Garba was born in the 70s in the Emirate City of Ilorin, Kwara State. She had her Primary Education at Ideal Nursery and Primary School, Ilorin, Secondary Education at Queen Elizabeth School, Ilorin, Nigeria Certificate in Education (Geography/Social Studies) at Kwara State College of Education, Ilorin, her First and Second Degrees in Educational Management at University of Ilorin, and her Doctoral studies at Al-Hikmah University, Ilorin, Nigeria where she bagged her Doctor of Philosophy Degree in Educational Management.

Administrative Career
Dr. Khadijah began her administrative career as an Administrative Assistant at the University of Ilorin, Ilorin, Nigeria and rose through the ranks to the position of Deputy Registrar. Dr. Khadijah has worked in various Units of Registry Department at the University of Ilorin among which include: Officer-in-charge, Endowment and Alumni Relations Unit; Pioneer Faculty Officer, Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences; Faculty Officer, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine; Faculty Officer, Faculty of Management Sciences; Head, Records and Verifications Unit, Academic Support Services; Head, Human Resources (Junior Staff Section) and Examination Officer of the University. Additionally, she was a Deputy Registrar, Academic Support Services before she proceeded on sabbatical leave at the Kwara State University, Malete. She currently serves as the Pioneer Registrar of the Federal College of Education, Ilawe-Ekiti, Ekiti State, Nigeria.

As a dedicated and passionate member of Staff, Dr. Khadijah W. Garba has equally served as Chairman, Member and Secretary to numerous Committees such as: Chairman, Manual on Cloud Storage Committee; Member, Committee on Comprehensive Review of Registry Manual; Secretary, Committee on Industrial Harmony; Secretary, Committee on Board of Technical and Entrepreneurship Centre (TEC); Member, Committee on Review of Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (APER) Form; Secretary, Committee on Faculty Staff (Casual); Member, University of Ilorin Ceremonials Committee; Member, Capital Project Committee, Senior Staff Association of Nigerian Universities (SSANU), University of Ilorin Branch; Secretary, Committee on Allegation of Financial Misappropriation levelled against a former Chairman of Non-Academic Staff Union of Universities (NASU); Secretary, Committee on Appraisal of the Report of the Special Investigating Committee on University of Ilorin Biological Garden; Secretary, Venue and Sightseeing Committee on the Association of Nigerian Universities Professional Administrators (ANUPA) AGM/National Conference; Secretary, Investigative Committee on Alleged Financial Irregularities in University Secondary School.

Professional Membership
Dr. Khadijah W. Garba is a prominent member of Conference of Registrars of Colleges of Education in Nigeria (CORECOEN); Fellow of Association of Nigerian Colleges of Education Professional Administrators (ANCOEPA); Member, Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) Chartered; Member, Institute of Public Administration of Nigeria (IPAN); as well as Member, Association of Nigerian University Professional Administrators (ANUPA).

Publications
With journal articles and book chapters to her credit, Dr. Khadijah has greatly enhanced the fields of administration, human resources management and leadership which have become essential references for policymakers, researchers and students.

Leadership and Contributions
Dr. Khadijah’s talents extend beyond writing; she is a captivating speaker and administrator per excellence. Her impactful addresses include the keynote speech at the conference of the Women in Colleges of Education (WICE), Kwara State College of Education, Oro.

As a leader, Dr. Khadijah is exemplary. Her tenure as the Pioneer and current Registrar of Federal College of Education, Ilawe-Ekiti, has laid a solid foundation upon which future administrative work in the College will be built.

Dr. Khadijah is not only an administrator of exceptional intellect and a visionary leader but also a patriot whose impact resonates across institutions opportuned to have her serve them. Dr. Khadijah is a versatile professional administrator with extensive experience in University and Colleges of Education administration credited with innovative initiatives with proven track record of organisational efficiency. She is also resourceful in timely completion of tasks, and effective at multi-tasking and team building.What sets Dr. Khadijah apart is her commitment to nurturing emerging administrators and humility in the face of her remarkable achievements. Her interests, ranging from writing and public speaking reflect a well-rounded and fulfilling life.

Personal and Family Life
What truly sets Dr. Khadijah apart is her humanity and her dedication to family. She is happily married and the marriage is blessed.
