Dr. Babajide Bowale Elizabeth is a passionate education professional with extensive experience in teaching, research, and academic leadership. She began her academic journey with a degree in Chemistry Education, which provided her with a strong foundation in science education and effective teaching practices.

Her interest in improving educational systems led her to pursue a Master’s degree in Educational Administration, where she developed skills in leadership, policy, and institutional management. She later specialised in Early Childhood Education and earned a PhD in Early Childhood Development.

As the Acting Head of the Department of Early Childhood and Primary Education at the Federal College of Education, Ilawe-Ekiti, Dr. Babajide is committed to nurturing future educators and promoting quality early childhood education.
