Dr. Folayan currently serves in a leadership role within the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Unit of her institution, where she coordinates digital initiatives aimed at improving institutional efficiency and enhancing technology adoption among staff. Her work includes supporting the implementation of digital systems such as institutional portals, staff onboarding processes, and ICT-related training programmes for academic and non-academic staff.
Her research interests focus on Artificial Intelligence in education, ICT integration in teaching, digital literacy for educators, and innovative teaching methodologies in computer education. She is particularly interested in exploring how emerging technologies can improve teaching practices and prepare educators for the evolving digital learning environment.

Dr. Folayan is committed to mentoring educators and supporting professional development initiatives that empower teachers to effectively integrate technology into their instructional practices.
Dr. Kate Folayan is an educationist and scholar in the field of Computer Education with a strong passion for the integration of technology in teaching and learning. She has extensive experience in ICT administration, digital education, and teacher capacity development.
